Cider Press is an attractive 2 bedroom cottage situated in an acre of communal gardens as well as having its own private, paved and lawned garden to the front of the cottage. The cottage provides comfortable accommodation, is well equipped and has the benefit of on site parking. The communal gardens offer a separately equipped children's play area, picnic benches and barbeques. The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is approximately a 10 minute walk along The Parade.
The open plan Sitting/Dining room is comfortably furnished with sofa and easy chair, coffee tables, Flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player as well a radio/CD player and matching dining table a chairs. The modern Kitchen is well equipped and includes a full range of modern fitted units, ceramic hob and fan assisted electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. There is a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.
Upstairs is Bedroom 1 with double bed, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps.
The Tiled bathroom has bath, shower over, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
The Garden is at the front of the cottage and as well as a lawned area there is also a paved patio with garden furniture. Children are welcome to use the play area however, they must be supervised at all times. One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £25 per week. Dogs must not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms and must not be left in the property unattended. Please bring your own bedding for your dog.
The property is centrally heated. There is ample parking for all guests.

Electricity and heating included. There is a £20pw heating surcharge from 1 Oct to 1 May
