This comfortable studio apartment is an annexe to the main house and is furnished and maintained to a high standard. It is a delightful holiday retreat situated close to the harbour entrance and only a few minutes walk from the sheltered beach at Readymoney cove. The town centre is a ten minute walk away along a scenic route high above the river.

The Chart Room is approached through a side entrance and sunny conservatory (for the exclusive use of the guests) and is all on one level. The large bed sitting room consists of, at one end, a double bed, pine dressing table and mirrored wardrobe. At the opposite end is a double bed settee, pine dining table and chairs, TV, CD player. The compact well equipped kitchen has electric cooker, fridge, microwave and washing machine. There is a fully tiled shower room with wash hand basin and WC. The conservatory has a pleasant outlook onto the patio and garden and has table and chairs to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee. Guests are welcome to use the garden and garden furniture.

At the end of the patio there is a view overlooking St Catherine's Castle and the harbour entrance. With the benefit of full central heating, supplementary electric heaters and double glazing, this is an ideal all year round holiday base. Guests have their own parking space in the driveway.
