The dining area has a rectangular dining table and six chairs and music system with iPod dock. There is a utility room on this level with a further range of fitted units.
From the dining area there are steps down to the sitting room which has a balcony with panoramic river and harbour views. There are two comfortable sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD player, music system with iPod dock, bookcase, and occasional table and chairs for working or dining.
Stairs lead up to a large paved terrace with spectacular sea and harbour views. From the landing stairs lead into the master bedroom, with attractive oak four poster king size bed, and ensuite shower room.
Stairs lead down to a twin bedded room with ensuite shower room, fitted wardrobe and TV with Freeview and integral DVD. There is also a family bathroom, and third bedroom with four poster king size bed and patio doors onto a paved terrace with delightful town and river views.
