Byre Cottage is a charming detached, 2 bedroom single storey cottage situated in over an acre of garden in a secluded and child friendly environment. Guests have the benefit of a newly constructed conservatory to one side of the cottage which overlooks the delightful south facing cottage garden. There are also communal gardens offering a separately equipped children's play area, picnic benches and barbeques. The sandy beach at Readymoney Cove is about a ten minute walk along a well used woodland path to the rear of the cottage.

From the pretty front garden a path leads to the front door and into the open plan Sitting / Dinning room which is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa, coffee tables, flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player as well as a radio / CD player and matching dining table and chairs. The Kitchen has a full range of modern fitted units, ceramic hob and fan assisted electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. There is a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.

The French window of the sitting room opens into a spacious conservatory comfortably furnished with a 2 seater sofa, 2 matching arm chairs and teak table and chairs.

From the sitting room a hallway leads through to Bedroom 1 with a double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with bedside table and wardrobe. The Bathroom has bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement only and at a cost of £25 per pet per week. Dogs must not be allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms and must not be left in the property unattended. Please bring your own bedding for your dog.

The property is centrally heated making this an ideal choice for winter holidays. Children must be supervised in the garden areas at all times. A travel cot and highchair are provided.

Bed Linen included. Towels can be provided by arrangement - £2.50 per set.
Electricity included. Gas Central Heating is included; however there is a surcharge of £20 per week from 1st October to 1st May.
