Believed to date from 18th century the cottage is on three levels and is a short walk to the town, quays shops and restaurants and only minutes to the Caffa Mill car and dinghy Park.

The front door opens into the hallway leading to the bathroom, sitting room and stairs down to the kitchen and patio. The sitting room is comfortably furnished with a cottage style suite, TV,and CD player. The seated bay window looks out over the river with delightful views of Bodinnick and is a super place to sit and watch the boating activity.

Stairs lead from this room up to Bedroom 1 with a double bed, built in wardrobe, vanity unit with washbasin and lovely views of the river. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and built in wardrobe. The bathroom is situated on the ground floor level and has a bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. From the hallway steep, open slat stairs lead down to the galley style kitchen/diner and is equipped with dining table and seating for four people, gas cooker, fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and a good selection of crockery and utensils. The door from the kitchen leads out on to a recently improved, brick built water fronting terrace affording super views over the river, a wonderful place to sit with your morning tea or glass of wine after dinner. The cottage is centrally heated making this an excellent choice for out of season breaks. Due to the closeness of the river and the steep stairs down to the kitchen, this property is not suitable for very young children.
