A pathway leads up to the front door and opens into an open plan Sitting/Dining
room which has a pleasant garden outlook and is comfortably furnished with sofa and easy chair, coffee tables, Flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player as well a radio/CD player and matching dining table a chairs. The galley style Kitchen
is well equipped and includes a full range of modern fitted units, ceramic hob and fan assisted electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine. There is a good selection of crockery, cutlery, cookware and utensils.
Upstairs leads to both bedrooms which also have pleasant garden views. Bedroom 1
has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom 2
has twin beds, chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps. The tiled bathroom
has bath, newly fitted shower over, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail.
The garden is at the front of the cottage and as well as a lawned area there is also a paved patio with garden furniture. Children are welcome to use the communal play area however, they should be supervised at all times.
Two well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only at a cost of £30 per pet per week. Guests must bring their pets bedding and food bowls. Dogs must not be left in the property unattended and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Please see Clause 6 of the Booking Conditions.
There is a designated parking space for one car.
We strongly suggest that you consider taking out Holiday Travel/Cancellation Insurance, as this is not included in your booking and you will not be covered should you have to cancel your holiday.
