Booking using the Brochure

When you have selected the property you wish to book please telephone our office to ensure that your choice is available. Once we have established the availability for you we will at this stage provisionally hold the week you require and ask you to complete and sign a booking form and return it to us within 3 working days, with the appropriate deposit/full rent. Once the booking form has been received, the booking will be processed and a confirmation letter will be sent within a couple of days. If you have not received written confirmation of your booking within a week of returning your form we strongly suggest you contact our office to ensure your booking form has been received.

Deposits
Holidays up to £400 - £100 deposit required
Holidays up to £700 - £200 deposit required
Holidays up to £1000 - £300 deposit required
Holidays up to £1500 - £400 deposit required
Holidays over £1500 - £500 deposit required
These are per week.
