Situated on the Esplanade very close to the main town centre and within easy reach of the shops, quays, restaurants and pubs, this spacious family house is an ideal choice for families or indeed couples sharing, who wish to enjoy their holiday in Fowey as well as the facilities of this period property.

The house is accessed via slate steps leading up through the terraced garden and patio to the front door that opens into a tiled hallway with doors to the second sitting room and cloakroom. The second sitting room is comfortably furnished and includes an ornamental Victorian fireplace, large sofa bed and flat screen TV with DVD player. The cloakroom has WC and washbasin as well as storage for coats, bags etc. Stairs lead up to Bedroom 1, a large, light room, tastefully decorated and furnished with king-size wrought iron bed, French oak bedroom furniture, built in wardrobe, ornamental Victorian fireplace, large bay window giving roof top views of the river and has the benefit of a large en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and French oak bedroom furniture. Also on this floor is the family bathroom with Victorian roll-top bath, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. There is a store/utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and heated towel rail.A back door leads out from this floor onto a paved patio area which leads up to the main decked patio area above.

A second flight of stairs leads up to the open plan, comfortably furnished sitting room with solid oak floor. There are two large sofas, ornamental Victorian fireplace, wall mounted flat screen TV with Freeview and Freesat, DVD player and large French oak coffee table. Two sets of double French doors lead out onto the front balcony, which give lovely river views and is a perfect place to sit with a morning cup of tea or a glass of wine enjoying the last of the daylight hours. To the rear of the sitting room is the dining area with dining table, matching chairs and French doors leading out onto a good size decked patio with good quality wrought iron patio furniture and BBQ. Double glass doors open into the bespoke kitchen with high quality fitted units, solid granite work tops, built in dishwasher, fridge, 5-ring gas hob with electric oven, microwave and Belfast sink. It has been very well equipped with excellent quality crockery, cutlery, cookware and kitchen utensils. There is a small chest freezer in the under stairs cupboard.

One further flight of stairs leads up to the Master Bedroom. This top floor room has large French windows giving fantastic views over the river. It has been well furnished to include a king-size bed, French oak bedroom furniture, built in wardrobe and has an en-suite shower room with WC and washbasin.
